Aquatic habitats have appropriate biological, chemical and physical integrity to support healthy functional communities.

Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS)

Prevent and control the impact of invasive species on the ecological, economic and societal values of the Southeast.

· Prevent new aquatic nuisance species introductions in the Southeast.
· Limit the spread of existing aquatic nuisance species in the Southeast.
· Eradicate new introductions when possible.
